Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, monogrammed items are not returnable, replaceable or refundable unless a mistake is made on our end. If a mistake was made on our end, we will happily offer a replacement or a refund, if a replacement is not possible. Please reach out to us to discuss. Approval of a return must be received by shop owner in order to proceed.  The item must be shipped back in the condition it was sent to the customer or it will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
